Obama the Fascist?

So a couple weeks ago Biden told an audience in the economically distressed battleground state of Ohio that the Democratic presidential candidate's public works projects would create 2 million jobs nationwide, including 76,000 new jobs for the middle class in Ohio.

Take a look at the Weimar Republic in pre-Nazi Germany, then peruse through fascist Italy, then to the fascist ideas used in the U.S. under FDR and his New Deal. As John T. Rourke explains, fascism is an "authoritarian political philosophy" that "reject[s] individual rights in favor of a 'corporatist' view that view people are 'workers' in the state" and "demand[s] that economic activity support the corporatist state."

Authoritarian political philosophy- check.

Government obtains control- 401k, welfare state, redistribution of wealth, etc.

Rejecting individual rights if favor of a corporatist view that people are workers in the state- check.

Michelle told us all that "Barack Obama will require you to work.” He is going to demand that you shed your cynicism. That you put down your divisions. That you come out of your isolation…Barack will never allow you to go back to your lives as usual, uninvolved, uninformed.”

Funny, all of our rights would be lost if we go along with that theory.

Demanding economic activity support the corporatist state- check.

The first thing I mentioned spoke of public works projects to provide work for 2 million people, much like FDR did. Is that not economic activity that supports the corporatist state?

Look at Mussolini's Italy or Hitler's Germany, then look at how much FDR adored their states and how much they revered FDR for his success with fascism in the U.S. Then look at what Obama is proposing with his redistributing wealth and public works projects.... and tell me how it is NOT marxist socialism and fascism?

Although I have not fully developed this idea, I think my point is still established. If time permits I will try to examine this issue further.
